The presentation reviews the importance of understanding the children we serve as adoption professionals, uncovering parental motivations for adopting, and providing potential parents with education and support throughout the process. The presenter discusses marketing and communications planning, standards, best practices, and dos and don’ts for reaching prospective adoptive parents.
