Family formation through adoption, for all of its rewards, can also be a time-consuming and emotionally draining process. Robust adoption benefits go far toward mitigating these challenges, but individuals pursuing adoption may still need additional support and flexibility from their employers. In this course, NCFA offers a training process for managers and human resource professionals on what a helpful adoption benefits package looks like, as well as practical ways to offer employees the flexibility they need to successfully pursue an adoption. The speakers also highlight the multitude of benefits to organizations that support family formation through adoption.
