Can I receive social work CEs or other continuing education credits?
Yes, some courses offered by NCFA provide social work CEs. NCFA does not offer any other type of continuing education credit for our recorded courses at this time. Some live webinars offer NY Contact Hours. CE courses do not offer credit for NJ or NY state licensed social workers. New Jersey and New York do not recognize ASWB ACE continuing education provider level approval.
In order to receive continuing education credit, attendees must participate in the entirety of the recorded webinar training, have their attendance verified, complete a course evaluation and complete post-test with at least 80% correct. Upon completing these items, attendees will receive a link to their course CE certificate to the email address provided at registration. Attendees can also access certificates at any time by logging into their account.
Will the system save my video progress?
To progress in the course, each video module must be watched in its entirety, at one time. The system is unable to save partial video progress. If you leave the course before the video has been watched in its entirety, you will need to restart the video.
No. To receive credit, each person completing a course must register separately and complete the course individually.

What is your webinar refund policy?
Please contact us at ncfa@adoptioncouncil.org with any questions or concerns regarding registration fees paid for a recorded webinar, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If NCFA is not able to resolve your issue, we will provide a full refund within 10 days of the date of purchase. Please note that regardless of fees paid, recorded webinars offering CE credit require that participants earn a passing grade on the post-test evaluation in order to receive CE credit. Please refer to NCFA’s continuing education grievance policy for further information.
